Our Brews

A clear, crisp and clean ale brewed with the finest local malts and noble hops.  Fermented with low-temperature German ale yeast, our Kölsch is an award-winning example of this classic style - and very easy-drinking.

A traditional ale with a balanced bitterness and malty backbone. Our English Bitter offers a satisfying depth of flavour, with hints of caramel and earthy hops. A true taste of England, brewed right here in Perth.

Bursting with tropical fruit aromas and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Our Hazy IPA is generously hopped with the latest and greatest hop varieties, creating a juicy and intensely flavourful experience.

Darker than a Kölsch, Altbier is a traditional German ale from Düsseldorf. This style is rarely exported and it is difficult to find authentic versions outside Germany.  But we've nailed it!  Beautiful copper colour with a white lacey head, smooth and malty with good body and well-balanced bitterness.  This is a beer for those looking for real flavour in their beer!

Our aim with this beer was to create a smooth and sessionable stout with deep malt complexity and satisfying mouthfeel.  Although only 3.9% alcohol, we think we're right on target. 

This gutsy American Pale Ale is a beefed-up version of the grand-daddy of them all: Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.  Featuring Cascade Hops and a hint of caramel malt, we've boosted the grain bill to create extra mouth feel and a lovely balance of hop bitterness and spicy-grapefruit flavour and aroma.
